Planet-like objects discovered in Orion Nebula

The James Webb Space Telescope has made a surprising discovery in the Orion Nebula, capturing images of pairs of planet-like objects that were previously unknown. These objects challenge existing theories of star and planet formation, forcing astronomers to reevaluate their understanding of celestial formations. The newfound objects, called Jupiter Mass Binary Objects (JuMBOs), have masses ranging from 0.6 to 13 times that of Jupiter. This unexpected revelation highlights the ongoing ability of the universe to astonish and push the boundaries of human knowledge.
