Generally simple man or woman afflicted this problem. Because they've many problems like that business problems, their child's school fee's problem and much more. It is happening in medium and poor family.

During that problem they afflicted by the depression and tension. It is the human psychology.



How to control stress ?


We can control this problem the only control the our mind. It means that if we control on our mind then we can anything in world . Nothing is impossible for us. In another way if talk, then if you like the listening songs then you will control depression by listening songs. Because if we listen song then our will fresh. 

Why do we need to remove this habit?


Actually that person who has afflicted by the psychological problems it will prove harmful for that person . Because this habit make him weakness in body. 


We have discussed that problem. It is important to know for us . Such people are surrounded by troubles. Like that tention irritability, and mentally disturbe . Day by day this problem is increasing. We have to change our daily routine and we should adopt our culture like to we should take breakfast,lunch and dinner with family . We must discourse our family member about our problem and what is running in our life . It is need to removing irritability. 

We should away from some electronic instrument like mobile. 

Sometimes  happens , we think that we are sick of from such sickness while we don't have any sickness but we think like that .

When we think about anything more and more and we start living the same situation It becomes our habits.
